99821 Hypercar Roadster Assembly Instructions

1) Take the car body and prepare for assembly.

2) Start with the rear axle.

3) Take two small wheel centres from the assembly pack.

4) Place one on the inside of a rear wheel.

5) And another on the outside.

6) Then slide the rear wheel on to the rear axle, over the motor. Then a washer on the outside as shown.

7) Secure in place with a split pin.

8) Then move to the non-gearbox side.

9) Slide on a washer first.

10) Then fit wheel centres to another rear wheel.

11) And slide it on to the axle, followed by another washer.

12) And a clip to secure.

13) Move to the front axle, and push on a washer first.

14) Then a wheel, with wheel centres fitted, followed by a washer.

15) And a split pin to secure.

16) Take the wheel covers.

17) Push them on to the wheels, locating them in to the grooves.

18) VERY IMPORTANT - Find the battery connector under the seat.

19) And plug it in to the car.

20) Take the seat.

21) Clip the front end in first.

22) Then swing back in to position.

23) Take the steering wheel and remove the bolt.

24) It should be pushed tightly on to the car.

25) Then secure with the bolt.

After a full charge, the car is now ready to use.
