2 Seater Truck Assembly
Easy to follow assembly instructions for our 2-seater truck with parental remote control.
Turn over the car body to fit the axles.
First, push through the metal rear axle, which will be found taped to the front steering axle.

Then, push on the two motors, making sure the left motor is fitted to the left, and right to right (this is noted on both the motor and car).

Then, push on the small black wheel adapter, there is one for each motor.

Finally, push on the rear wheel (which has a star shape inside, the front wheels do not have this).

Push on a washer.

Then to finally fit the wheel in place, have one last check that everything is properly assembled, then push on the wheel securing clip. It will click in to place. Repeat this for both sides. The rear wheels are now secured to the car.

Next, move on to the front of the car.
Take the steering rack and drop it on to the front of the car body;

Then, find the 8 x flat headed self tapping screws;

And fit them, four on each side, to secure the steering rack.

Then, secure the centre of the steering column to the steering rack by removing the split pin and washer, and re-securing on the outside of the rack;

Then, fit the front wheels in the same manner as the rear wheels. First, slide a washer on to the steering axle, then push the wheel on to the steering axle, then another washer, and finally a securing clip to fix the wheel in to place.
Now all four wheels are secure, and the steering is working, turn the car over.
Starting at the back, take rear bumper, first noting where the securing screws are fitted on the car;

Then place the bumper on the rear of the car, and fix it in place with three screws like this;

Take the rear rollbar base, and place it on to the top of the rear of the car, noting the four securing screws. These can be fiddly, it's worth shaking the four screws in to place before putting the base on to the car.

Then, take the three parts that assemble the rear roll bar;

These assemble together to make;

Take this assembly, and put it on to the car. Using these screws;

secure the roll bar in to place at the front and rear.
Front;

Rear;

With the rollbar secured in to place, fix the two lights to the top, using the same screws.

Moving to the front of the car.
Take the front bumper and fixings;

Using eight screws;

Fit both fixings to the bumper, making sure that the 'flat' part is facing upwards.

Then, taking the whole bumper assembly, push it in to the front of the car;

Until it clips in to place.

Then, open the bonnet.
Inside, you will see where the bumper brackets come out. Fix the brackets in to place inside using two screws for each side.

Once this is done, connect the wires to the battery. Red to red, black to black.

Moving back to the rear of the car, connect the motors to the car wiring, making sure the colours match for each side.

Once these are connected, using the two slightly longer screws;

Rest the seat in to place, and fix using the longer screws.

Push the windscreen in to place on the front, until it clips in to secure.

Push in the wing mirrors until they clip in to place;

Finally, push on the steering wheel, and fix in to place using the bolt.

Your car is now assembled, and ready to play!
